All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after order confirmation. A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

– Local Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days
– National Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped, including a tracking number that becomes active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Coverage

We ship across most locations in India covered by our logistics partners. While we strive to keep all items in stock, in rare cases where an item is unavailable, we will contact you within 5 business days to offer the option of exchange, delay, or cancellation based on your preference.

Note: We ship orders from Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays.

– The return is requested within 3 days of delivery
– The item was not purchased during a clearance sale, unless it is defective

Note:
– We arrange return pickups only for defective or damaged items.
– For all other return reasons (e.g., change of mind, exchange, etc.), you must ship the item at your expense.
– A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

9. Refund Policy

– Approved Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
– Partial Refunds: Applied if items are returned used, damaged, or missing parts.
– Non-Refundable: Items that are washed, altered, or misused are not eligible.

If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you within 5 business days with the option to exchange, delay, or cancel the order.

11. Quantity Restrictions
